To maintain transparency and adhere to ethical publishing standards, the journal follows the policy below regarding the withdrawal of manuscripts and post-publication corrections.
1. Withdrawal Before Acceptance
Authors may request the withdrawal of their manuscript before acceptance without any charge.
The request must be submitted by the corresponding author through an official email to the journal’s editorial office.
2. Withdrawal After Acceptance
If a manuscript is withdrawn after acceptance or during the editing, typesetting, or production stage, a processing charge of ₹1000 INR (or equivalent) will be applicable.
This fee covers the cost of:
- Peer-review process
- Editorial handling
- Technical editing and production work already completed
Once a manuscript has been accepted, any amount paid towards publication or processing charges will not be refundable under any circumstances.
If the author requests withdrawal at this stage, the applicable withdrawal processing charge must be paid before the withdrawal request can be processed.
3. Withdrawal After Publication
If an author requests the withdrawal of an article after it has been published online, a withdrawal processing charge of ₹2000 INR or 100 USD will be required.
After payment confirmation:
- The article will be removed from the journal website.
- The article will also be removed from indexing databases and DOI records (if applicable).
However, the journal will retain an internal record of the withdrawn article for documentation and ethical publishing purposes.
4. Corrections or Modifications
Authors may request minor corrections within 48 hours of publication without any additional charge.
Any correction, modification, or update requested after 48 hours of publication will require a processing fee of ₹1000 INR, as it involves editorial and technical updates to the published record.
Please note that once the article DOI has been activated, no changes will be permitted in the article title, authors’ names, authorship order, or author affiliations.
Only minor typographical or formatting corrections may be considered, subject to editorial approval and applicable processing charges.
5. Submission of Requests
All requests for withdrawal or correction must be submitted through a formal written application or official email by the corresponding author.
The request will be processed only after verification and payment confirmation (if applicable).
