International Journal of Social Science Research (IJSSR) is a double blind peer reviewed bi-monthly open access refereed journal that welcomes unpublished manuscript from all over the world and related to various social sciences fields. As a bi-monthly, double blind peer reviewed journal, IJSSR strives to follow academic integrity and best practice while, at the same time, offering new research and information to the international scholarly populace. The journal is also open access, allowing any group of people such as policymakers, practitioners, or common individuals to gain full access to the content some of which contains research findings and knowledge that is vital for practical use.
IJSSR is aimed at the fields of social sciences and humanities studies and cover vast area of interest such as sociology, economics, political science, anthropology, education, psychology, law etc. This is because by encouraging versatility and allowing for interdisciplinarity and cross cultural analysis the journal promotes a multiple and engaging academic discussion. The research articles appearing in the IJSSR will be expected to offer new knowledge, make methodological or theoretical contributions, or present applied solutions to current challenges in the social sciences. The journal also produces reviews, theoretical papers, and case studies that assess present trends and controversies in the social sciences so as to provide a comprehensive dissemination of knowledge.
IJSSR has become very competitive in the sense that the journal accepts only quality papers because of the regularity of the peer review system. The editorial board is formed from the leading scholars and other experts along with submission reviewers who take into account the degree of originality, topicality, methodology, and impact which the contribution would bring to the subject. Such a rigorous evaluation system ensures that only the best research papers are published in a journal thereby enhancing its credibility.
