The banking sector in India is growing rapidly. Its services are transforming people's lives and lifestyles, and it is undeniable that banks have become essential for everyone. Consumer needs and expectations regarding satisfaction levels have consistently risen, and the banking sector offers a wide range of services to its customers. The primary objective of this study is to analyze the impact of digitalization on various market activities within India's banking sector. The analysis reveals that this impact is evident across several dimensions—such as the adoption of digital services, the frequency of digital banking usage, applications for online loans, and varying customer perceptions, which are significantly influenced by factors like gender and education levels. |
